memories well im not sure of just one we have had a history ive known him for a long time, one memory was back when he worked in chicot county he would always

have his little sister penny riding his his partol car with him that was a good memory, and the times he and i would just talk about life, and when he found out that he had cancer, i would go over to his apartment late at night and he would be up. Almost like he was expecting me to come by we would sit up and watch the discovery channel and he would crack jokes on some of the people doing some silly stuff well you would just have to be there to understand how much fun it was to just to see hime smile and laugh till his sides would hurt, then i would feel guilty thinking i had done something wrong. well all i known is its hard to believe that he is gone i for one will never forget him he has help me understand life a little better than i did. i miss you my friend may god keep you next to him for comic relief.

My favorite memory of Larry was the day that he took the airplane ride and then went fishing.  As always, he could come up with the best one-liners.  When someone asked him how everything looked from the sky, he simply said, "Small.".  Later, that day, I stopped by when he was fishing.  He told me how many fish, and how many limbs that he had caught.

Another good memory was when he worked my wife's stolen purse case.  When a theft is looked back on as a good experience, that says a lot about the investigator.

Thanks again, Larry.

I'm not sure that I can choose just one memory.... I do remember all the late nights sitting out on the front porch of our apartments just talking... I learned so much from Larry. We would talk about everything from ghost hunting to the weather to experiences that he had in his lifetime. No matter if it was 98 degrees or 50 degrees he was always in a t-shirt and cutoff sweat shorts and white socks!!! He used to freeze me to death!!! I would plug in an electric blanket and run the cord outside just to sit and talk to him in the winter!! I will always cherish those days of just talking... there was so much he had to say about everything. I just wish that he would have been in better health and could have come to Alaska, he always talked about coming here to visit. I look into the mountains behind the house and think of him all the time now. He sure left his mark on my life and I will never forget.......

one of my most memorable memories of larry...would have to be him talking about getting up from his bed and walking into the living room of his apartment and sitting in his recliner, he says a second or two goes by and his door comes flying open...it is trish coming to check on him. she said she thought he had fallen and he says she had eagle ears and heard everything he did-but was grinning from ear to ear when she came over there.
